Monitor showing "Down" but site is "Up"

Medium

Symptoms

Dashboard shows a red status while you can visit the site in your browser.

How to Fix

This usually happens if your server/firewall is blocking our global monitor IP addresses. Ensure you allow traffic from "Monitor Hub Checkers". Also, check if your SSL certificate is expired or invalid.

Not receiving Email alerts

High

Symptoms

Downtime occurs but no notification reaches your inbox.

How to Fix

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder. 2. Ensure the "Notification Channel" is linked to the specific monitor in Monitor Settings. 3. Verify your email is confirmed in Profile Settings.

Agent "Not Connected" error

Critical

Symptoms

Server metrics (CPU/RAM) are not updating in the dashboard.

How to Fix

Ensure the Go Agent is running as a service on your server. Check that your X-API-KEY in config.json matches the one in your dashboard. Verify the server has outbound internet access on port 443.

Data lagging or delayed

Low

Symptoms

The graphs seem to be behind by several minutes.

How to Fix

Refresh the dashboard. If using the "Free Plan", intervals are limited to 5 minutes. Consider upgrading to the "Pro Plan" for 1-minute or 30-second real-time tracking.
