1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Monitor Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our monitoring services.

2. Description of Service

Monitor Hub provides website uptime monitoring, API testing, and server telemetry services. The exact limitations (e.g., check intervals, number of monitors, and data retention) are determined by your selected subscription tier.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API tokens that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password or server tokens to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the service to monitor systems you do not own or do not have explicit permission to monitor (e.g., attempting to DDoS or scrape a third-party service under the guise of monitoring).

4. Billing and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Monthly or Annually). All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Monitor Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
